Builder Connect GroupBuilding on your {{acres}}-acre lot at {{lot_address}} costs [RANGE TO BE SET BY JACOB] per square foot for the house, and what the county record shows ({{flood_zone}}, {{utilities_on_record}}) moves your total more than the plan does, because site work is priced on top.
Hi {{first_name}}, you asked what it takes to build on your land. Here is how the total breaks into pieces, so you can see which ones your lot controls.
Two lots with the same house plan can land far apart on total cost. The difference is almost never the house. It is what the lot needs before the house can sit on it.
| Lot | {{lot_address}} |
| Acres | {{acres}} |
| Flood zone | {{flood_zone}} |
| Utilities on record | {{utilities_on_record}} |
Those two lines move your budget more than anything else on this page. A lot in a flood zone usually needs a raised pad. A lot with no utility line at the road needs a well and septic.
A firm number comes from a builder pricing a real plan on your real lot. Send me a plan, or just the square footage you have in mind, and I will get it in front of builders who work in your part of the county.
