Postcard concept A: just bought a lot

Audience: the weekly hot feed, people who recently bought a lot. Each card is personalised to their lot with county parcel data merge fields. Built to the Builder Connect Group brand: navy, yellow, blue, Poppins.

Operator note, not customer copy. Every {{field}} on the cards is a merge field and prints as the literal tag in these proofs. The parcel file supplies owner, mailing address, lot situs and acres. Flood zone, utilities and nearby permits are not in the sample parcel file and must be joined in before print. SAMPLE values below are for proofing only. Nothing here is a verified fact about any address.

Bleed	0.125 in every edge. Navy, the yellow band and the navy side bar run to the file edge.
Safe margin	0.25 in inside trim. All text and the logo sit inside it.
USPS zones	Address block 4 x 2.375 in at lower right, 0.25 in from trim. Indicia box at upper right (1.35 x 0.95 in on 6x9, 1.2 x 0.8 in on 4x6). Both kept clear of artwork. Permit text is a placeholder for Jacob.
Colour intent (CMYK builds, confirm on press proof)	Official builds from the Visual Brand Guidelines (page 4). Navy #0B1B22: C88 M70 Y60 K65, Pantone Black 6 C. Yellow #FFC000: C0 M25 Y100 K0, Pantone 116 C. Blue #0098D4: C100 M28 Y0 K17, Pantone 2925 C. Red #AA0623: C20 M100 Y90 K15, Pantone 1797 C (not used on these cards). Confirm on press proof. PDFs are RGB from Chromium, so the printer converts to CMYK with these builds. No neon RGB.
Raster	One raster, the logo PNG at 2475 x 2475 px. Every logo use is placed at 1.2 in image width (1.36 in tile with 0.08 in clear padding), so the mark artwork itself, which fills about 91 percent of the PNG width, measures about 1.09 in wide, above the 1 in print minimum. That is about 2,060 dpi effective, well over 300 dpi. Applies to both fronts and both backs. Everything else is vector.
Typeface	Poppins 400 to 800, embedded in the PDF.
Compensation line	On the back: the builder pays Builder Connect's fee, and going direct does not lower your price.
